Slime can turn sticky or melted during shipping if the slime is left in a warm place for too long. This can be fixed easily with the borax activator packet included in your order watch this video for how to use it :)

"My Slime arrived stiff"
Shipping in the cold weather will make your slime stiff let it sit in the container in a warm place for a couple of days to thaw out and it will be perfect and stretchy again :)

"My Slime Turned hard and is drying out"
When slime is exposed to air for an extended period of time from being outside of the container it will start to harden because slime is made with air dry glue. To fix this let the slime sit in the container for a couple of days to regain it's moisture if this doesn't work it might be time for a new slime.

"My Slime Turned hard when I added Activator"
Too much activator will make slime hard but this can easily be fixed by letting the slime sit inside of its container in a warm place for a couple of days it will melt back to normal and be stretchy again. I've also included a video demonstration below :)

"Where is my slime?"
Your Slimes Tracking link shipping information can be found in your order confirmation email or text message. This link will have all the information of where your slime is and its estimated delivery day.

"How long does it take to arrive after my order is placed?"
It takes me 3-4 business days to make the slime you ordered then I send it to the post office for shipping. The shipping time depends on which shipping method you selected and how far you are from Pennsylvania in the USA which is where I am. You can check the Tracking link sent to your email or text message for updates on where your slime is and when its estimated delivery day is.
